| In 2001 |
Hubei SGP Pharmaceuticals Co., ltd was established. And it has got a great cooperation and collaboration with the governmental hospitals in Wuhan City. In the end of the year company found the international trade department. |

| In 2002 |
By the reason of the completed professional system and the enormous volume of exports, international trade department hived off Hubei SGP Pharmaceuticals Co., ltd into a completed professional international trade company-- Hubei SGP Import & Export Co., ltd. |

| In 2003 |
The High-level managements of Hubei SGP Import & Export Co., ltd and Hubei SGP Pharmaceuticals Co., ltd decide to build the board of directors and Supervisory committee to set up Hubei SGP Group. The investment administration department of Hubei SGP I&E became the only investment administration team of the Group. |

| In 2004 |
Hubei SGP Group make an investment to set up the “Wuhan Buyour Amino Acid Co., ltd”. It has got a great cooperation and collaboration with craft brother in Japan and Korea in technology, company has become a celebrated manufactory for L-Cysteine HCL MONO in China. |

| In 2005 |
Hubei SGP Group make an investment to set up the “Wuhan Tiantian Edible Fungus Technology Co., ltd”. It has become a test base of Agricultural development in Wuhan City and is supported by Wuhan municipal government and Provincial Government. |

| In 2006 |
Hubei SGP Group make an investment to set up the “Wuhan Solar Technology Co., ltd”. The annual production value is 20 million USD, profits taxes 5.8 million, company was awarded “high-tech enterprise” by National Science and Technology Board. The company has got the great attention of provincial and municipal leaders. |

Hubei SGP Group has been included in the list of prepared public company by Chinese Government and will be public within 2 years. |
