Q-Cells AG(German), the world's largest solar cell maker, has been able to secure additional silicon and wafer quantities in total for much of years period (until about 2019) from certain suppliers.

In 2008, Hubei SGP-Wuhan Solar sign a 5 YEAR SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR SOLAR CELLS BASED ON SUPPLIER A5 QUANTITIES with Q-Cells AG. Both Parties operate in the photovoltaics sector, however in different fields of activity. WUHAN SOLAR produces and sells solar modules. Q-Cells operates in the photovoltaic cell (also referred to below as “cells”) manufacturing sector. Both Parties seek to collaborate on a long-term, intensive and mutually beneficial basis.

Q-Cells undertakes to supply Wuhan Solar with cells. The contract has a fixed term until December 2013.
